“Happiness, not in another place but this place, not for another hour but this hour.”
– Walt Whitman

Change and choice can be challenging. Making the decision to enter into therapy can be one of the most difficult steps we ever take.

It can really help to talk freely and confidentially with someone whose life and relationships are totally separate from yours. With impartial help and support, to express yourself and review your beliefs and decisions, you will be able to clarify your thoughts and feelings. It can then become easier to make sense of what is happening.

Together we can explore ways of being and doing, that better suit the person you are today, and to live differently with what has happened in the past.
